By far the best mall in the area. The one downside it used to have is the bathrooms - as other reviewers stated, they were a nightmarish hellscape. It appears they have dumped many resources and finances into resolving this. The bathrooms look great! (Pictures are of the current bathrooms at the food court) In general: The atmosphere of the mall is lively, shops are open…. It doesn’t feel like a dying location unlike some other nearby malls. Highly recommended.

Top-notch service and quality work. Honest, reliable, and extremely professional. The roof looks fantastic and the entire process was smooth. 10/10 would recommend! Also Jeff Smugala was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy!

One of the best place to shop in mall in St Louis. Unlike chesterfield mall which is deserted, west county mall is very happening. All the shops were having latest stuff and food court is key attraction. There is small kids play area also which drives kids to mall. Somehow I managed for parking. JC Penny, Macy, Dicks sporting etc,. are key places to shop. Must visit for shoppers. Massage chairs are in plenty to provide relief form getting tired.

It is great to have a vibrant mall to visit with our family. There is a nice variety of shops and services, several departments stores and a large food court. It's always busy but there's plenty of space.

I hate this mall! They always suck me in to buying the cutest clothes! I went with a friend planning to just look but then I walked into my first store and boom 80 bucks!! Garage always sucks me in!! I would leave a 1* but I still love going even if my wallet doesn’t.

If I could describe this mall in one word it would be "WOW" Iwas absolutely blown away by the feel of this mall. It was very nostalgic. The food court was full. The mall had no vacancies. There were people everywhere and it was a Wednesday! I'm not sure what West county does different but I am shocked at its state with the current look of the surrounding malls. Thank you to mall management for keeping this one together

West County Center is a fantastic mall! The layout is easy to navigate, the stores are clean, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. I love walking around, browsing shops, and stopping for a bite to eat. Whether you’re there for shopping or just to hang out, it’s a really enjoyable place with a fun, lively energy.

This place is one of a kind, offering a wide selection of stores—ranging from the classics like LEGO, Apple, and Build-A-Bear Workshop—to an antique shop that displays swords and gives away free popcorn. And there are incredible viewing areas for golden hour and sunset on top of the parking garages, mainly the one connected to Dick's Sporting Goods, as well as a food court with excellent food. I definitely recommend paying the mall a visit.

This is the best mall in Missouri, and potentially the best mall I’ve ever been to. West County is one of the only STL malls still bustling, and it’s always pretty busy. Especially the food court, which I understand, since it’s loaded with options! Great collection of mid to high price stores, chain restaurants and even some pop-up-booths throughout. Bathrooms aren’t too dirty either, for a mall at least.

While visiting St. Louis, we decided to spend an afternoon shopping at West County Center, and it truly reminded me of Memorial City Mall back in Houston — modern, spacious, and very family-friendly. The mall is extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately made the shopping experience more enjoyable. There is a great selection of popular brands that younger shoppers will love, including stores like Hollister and Altar’d State. One fun surprise was seeing the trendy Pop Mart vending machines featuring adorable collectible figurines — a huge hit for kids and collectors alike. Another major plus is the location. The mall sits conveniently right off the highway and is an easy drive from central St. Louis, making it a perfect stop during a busy travel day. Throughout the mall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the stores were well organized. Shops like Victoria’s Secret were neatly arranged and easy to browse, which added to the overall relaxed shopping vibe.
